the annex room was a disaster, with a horrible dirty bathroom and a bed that felt like a trampoline. i expected, at the very least, a complimentary gesture for all my issues, but nope! breakfast was a sad affair, too. i almost thought about giving a good review, but just couldn’t given the circumstances.

Positive, Beautiful location and lovely castle. The evening meal was very good, and the buffet breakfast was nice. All the staff were very friendly, especially the waiters in the evening. The pool looked nice, although I couldn't use it due to the weather. 😊

Beautiful castle vibes!

Such a lovely stay! The castle is super pretty surrounded by lush trees. Staff were really nice, kept us in the loop about our Amazon delivery. The welcome drinks were a sweet touch! Only bummer was the breakfast could’ve been a bit better, but the outdoor dining area made up for it. had a fantastic time!

I stayed in a Classic Room, and it was spacious with a charming turret bathroom that was fun and unique. The bed was huge and super comfy, really enjoyed it! The view from my room was lovely, overlooking the manicured grounds. The only downside was the dated decor in common areas, which felt a bit less exciting than the room itself.
